Got a package delivered to me, that belongs to an address around the block. I walked around there an delivered it. Nil answers on their phone when trying to advise them of the error. Street sign on my street is obvious and clearly not the right one. Lazy courier!!
A very busy place, staff go that extra mile to help and.... just remember its not a drive-thru.
Tried calling to pick my package up and they never responded. It went on like this for 3 days before I got it redelivered and they still haven't delivered it!!!
How on earth can anyone who lives in a place as small as Blenheim get confused about an address they've delivered to before? Surely, when they scan a package, the address comes up. Now my package is sitting in someone else's possession; my name and address have been given to a stranger. It's a property and privacy breach. Whose house is this???
