A very busy place, staff go that extra mile to help and.... just remember its not a drive-thru.
Tried calling to pick my package up and they never responded. It went on like this for 3 days before I got it redelivered and they still haven't delivered it!!!
How on earth can anyone who lives in a place as small as Blenheim get confused about an address they've delivered to before? Surely, when they scan a package, the address comes up. Now my package is sitting in someone else's possession; my name and address have been given to a stranger. It's a property and privacy breach. Whose house is this???
