Got to be the worst courier company in NZ, they deliver "whilst you were out" cards and not packages.
I have never been this frustrated trying to get my parcel re-delivered. I have no idea what they are doing there. I called to arrange a re delivery 3x and they still can’t get it right. Please don’t bother talking to their customer service team. Just pick up your parcels. Useless team. They don’t even deserve this one star.
