The "Overnight" delivery service from Auckland to Christchurch has taken 5 days for me twice. I ordered an item which was picked up by the Post Haste Courier on a Thursday and despite using the "Overnight" delivery service I did not receive it until the following Tuesday. Then the exact same thing happened a few weeks later when I ordered again from the same Auckland based retailer. The 1 star review is because you call your service "Overnight" and fail to live up to that expectation.
A delivery driver (unsure whomst) left the package with a thief who claimed to live at my house (this all happened outside of my house in the front driveway). We somehow got it back but very disappointing performance and security for my special package.
One star is too generous for Pass the Parcel whichis runby Poste Haste, useless systems, paid for two parcels & 3 days later have to follow up on both, one not evan listed in my account GRRR
