I ordered a bunch of ready made meals to be delivered by this lot. Despite the delivery address clearly showing the post code, they mucked up the delivery, delaying the delivery by at least two days (I am still waiting for the delivery). They claim the delay is because the name of the suburb wasn't indicated in the delivery address but the post code was clearly there.
I have a parcel that was delivered to me on Friday,2 days ago,it wasn't meant for me,post haste got wrong street,I rang posted haste who said parcel would be picked up shortly,that was 2 days ago and parcel still sitting at my front door and some person is still waiting for their parcel that is at my front door,if it goes missing from my front door that is terrible.i wouldn't personally use poste haste after what has happened,they are unreliable.
Rubbish courier service, will break your packages then do nothing about it.
