So angry with this company. My package has dissapered. Driver was given 3 days to explain, emailed and as he wasnt the usual driver we are waiting another day. Slight hope for reimbursement going to claims but they need to contact an ebay seller in Malaysia. Reeks of theft. A wee boy missed his thomas the tank engine present. Thanks Post Haste.

第一次见到会撒谎的快递公司。一开始就承认了送错地址，客服说会让司机回去取，要等三天。结果三天后突然就变卦说送的就是正确的地址。司机拍的送货地照片根本就不是我家。工作态度和专业性差到令人难以想象，不认字居然都能被受雇，这家公司真的完蛋了

Two months trying to get a package collected by Post Haste Auckland — still not done. I spoke directly with the Customer Services Team Leader, who each time referred me to the staff member responsible for Adidas returns. A collection was scheduled — and no one showed up. This happened four times. Four confirmed appointments, four times I stayed home all day, and four times nothing happened. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Useless, dishonest and possibly thieving couriers. I bought a box of wine and when it arrived it had been opened and re-sealed and two bottles were missing. The tracking said that the package had been damaged by courier 1016 and sent for redelivery. If items are damaged the courier is supposed to return them to sender to be replaced. However the box was the original box from the sender, and there was no moisture damage from wine bottles being broken. I suspect the courier stole two bottles of wine.
