When I was looking at the tracking page. It said it my package was delivered at a particular day and time. I checked the letter box as soon as I got the notification and no package I checked around the house aswell I was home all day with my baby so they have no excuses they didn’t leave a card to say they missed me. I have called them multiple times with no answer, have now had to reach out to the supplier of what I brought because this isn’t good enough.😡 Very poor service from Post Haste.
Terrible service! A card to call left on a parcel that wasn’t even needing a signature then the card to call has the wrong address for me to pick it up and a phone number that’s disconnected!!! Absolutely useless ,
When looking to track package. It said it was delivered at a particular day and time. Which I well knew I was home all day. No card left to say they missed me, if they would have actually come to my door-I would have answered. Very poor service from Post Haste. I assume these guys can’t be bothered sometimes, so by default they say it was an attempted delivery
I have to say my lovely courier delivery drop off person don’t know her name lively woman blonde hair slim knows everything about her client’s is amazing She knows I’m old have got 30 steps Frm ground floor to top so she rings the bell if the door is,open drops it in the doorway how amazing is that service thank you much love her to bits she needs an award can we put her forward for courier of the year award ???"
