Hayley has been helping my son with an ongoing injury whilst he waits to see an NHS consultant. Her expertise has helped manage things so he can continue playing football. She has such a calm and understanding nature, her sessions have been invaluable. 5 star rating from us!
I’ve seen H multiple times now; and every time she’s been absolutely awesome. The aftercare is great, the isolating and identifying the problem has always been spot on! Obviously I don’t want another injury, but when I do, I know who I’m emailing first!
I consulted Hayley for my first case of IT Band Syndrome in which I could hardly run due to the pain. Hayley asked me to conduct some movement exercises and a rehab program was written for me. After almost two months of following this program, I recently ran my first 10-miler since then. Would absolutely recommend Positive Touch Therapy to anyone seeking a physio.
Hayley is polite, friendly, and professional. She always takes the time to talk things through to accurately diagnose why I’m in pain. The treatments are always spectacular with a helpful selection of exercises to take home to keep me on the right track. Parking is easy, prices are reasonable, and the room is clean and quiet. Top marks!
I feel that with Hayley’s help I will be able to be more active and hopefully free of pain. She has been very helpful and the massages are great!!
