We wanted to work with Positive Sparks as they appeared to offer a performance based service. After an initial consultation we agreed to do a 3 month retainer but this became 7 months on an overpriced plan after being told we didn't qualify for the performance based service. I believe it was quite misleading and the results were not what we were expecting. We've achieved much better sales with another agency since parting with PS

Where to begin! Positive Sparks was a referral from a trusted friend in the CPG space and we couldn't be happier. The entire team, including the owner Phil, are absolutely fantastic humans and they really know what they are doing. We have had experience with over 4 different paid social agencies and PS was by far the best..
