I suffer from chronic back pain and I am usually reluctant about getting a massage. I was recommended by my sisters to go and see Lisa at Positive Flow Therapies. It's been a game changer. Lisa took time to go over my history and then make up a blend of oils suitable for me. I had a myofascial release therapy combined with a Swedish massage. This has definitely helped.
