Bad with bill management and allocating payment to the right accounts - not recomended for business customers with lots of supplies
Very disappointing. Unable to provide MCS certification. I had to chase multiple times for electrical completion certificates and they only advised after installation that they were not part of the MCS certification scheme. Paul and Louise both told me they would be able to sort this out for a fee, but after several months of stringing me along they have finally told me they are not part of the scheme and will not provide MCS. The install experience was very good (November 2022), and the solution is just what I wanted. I am really pleased with the install, however, the lack of MCS registration is a real problem. Without that certification, it can be difficult to sell the properly.
