Alistair helped me and my group look for houses for just over a week. He listened and catered to all our needs, and found us the perfect house. He kept us up to date constantly and was very quick with responses. He is a lovely, organised and charismatic agent and a credit to Posh Pads. We are very much looking forward to resigning with Posh Pads.
Recently Jade was guiding me and my housemates through house viewings. She was extremely helpful with the information about the houses and helped us with making our decision about which house to stay in.
Locked myself out of my room so gave them a call, the customer service was very polite and came within 5 minutes to let me back into my room.
I had just moved out of a posh pads house and had realised that my contact lenses had been delivered there, so I emailed posh pads and jade was able to get back to me really quickly which I really appreciated, so instead of having to wait until the new tenants arrived to collect them, jade kindly went and collected them for me so I was able to stop by their office and collect them!
Posh pads were fantastic in responding to all maintenance and repairment queries. They replaced a whole range of facilities from a hob to a fridge shelf. All in a very short space of time. I was able to regain my full deposit but I would advise taking pictures in a deposit scheme for protection. The condition in which the house was handed over to us was not great but the move-in pictures, really protected us from losing our deposit.
