Great, responsive communication via whatsapp when setting up the tenancy
Very good and enjoyable living accommodation: both space and location. Shower pipes flooded slightly easily.
Ana is an agent @ Portus Lets, & was very quick to reply to my msgs, & helped me thru the whole tenancy process. I recommended Portus Lets to a friend, & again Ana was very quick to reply, & very professional. All the guys @ Portus Lets are very professional & friendly .. thx
Portus Lets have been great with us since we first viewed the property and still are whilst we are renting through them. Ana especially has been so kind and helpful, nothing is too much for her. We feel so lucky to have been showed around by Ana and be kept up to date through out the whole process. Nathan has also been a massive help to us, from handing over the keys to being on the end of the phone if we had any questions! I would highly recommend Portus Lets
