Wonderful guys. Popped in with my Brompton to adjust gears a little bit before putting it on sail. Also helped to value it. Did all in 5 minutes, tested consulted and all for free as it was no major issues with the bike. Definitely recommend bringing your cycle for service. Also seen variety of different bikes and they are official VOLT area sellers and that’s the next bike I am getting. Looking forward coming back. Thank you to the lot. Great experience.
Took bike in for a service, spent £100, £60 for the service and £40 for a part. Took bike back a few days later as the wheels were not spinning freely, especially the rear one. The mechanic adjusted the disk breaks and there was a slight improvement but there was still drag on the back wheel. I pointed this out and was informed that nothing else could be done. I left the shop unsatisfied. I'd spent £100 and was being fobbed off. I took my bike to the Pompey Cycle Hub, for £20 they fixed both wheels. They now spin freely and ... read more
