My pet got struck by a vehicle ( RTA ) got x-rayed. Pending healing process. I received a donated crate to help with crate rest. I need to make a follow up call and attend further checks for another x-ray.
Can’t thank the staff enough for they’re help with my girl princess sadly she couldn’t be saved but they gave me answers I’ve been after months and helped as much as they could such a great charity and thankful 🙏 for all they’re help with my girl princess
Had an emergency with my dog and they saw him within 20 minutes of my call and immediately delt with his damaged face and jaw ,and had him back in my arms an hour later. Everyone who l came in contact with on that awful bank Holiday morning where so kind and caring which made it it so much easier for me and my poor dog to cope with. A massive thank you to them all. From first phone call to receptionist to vet nurse and vet 👌
