My first visit today. Alan my Podiatrist was very informative, telling me various treatments available. We agreed a treatment plan and all going ahead. Alan was very kind , I think he could sense I was apprehensive but put me at my ease.
I saw illy for what I though was a corn but turned out to be a small wound. She treated the area and dressed it and then referred me straight away to the NHS for continued care. I would highly recommend Illy.
Illy is a credit to her profession. We’ve seen her a couple of times now and she’s just fantastic. Calm, kind and super knowledgeable. Excellent experience, would never go anywhere else and would absolutly recommend.
Illy was an absolute star. She is so gentle and reassuring. I had super painful ingrown toenails on both sides of my big toe. She snipped away the nail cautiously and helped me get referred by the NHS to get the appropriate surgery to fix the issue. She always made time to give me a snip (opening up early and slotting me in when she could) as it really relieved the pressure in everyday life. Thank you so much
