Been coming here since i was a child and its always been a good surgery. However im very dissapointed with the new way of booking an appointment online only. It has made it very hard to see a doctor if you are in pain. My parents have both had lits of trouble booking latley. I fear it will lead to serious problems for some people. Especially elderly patients.

I've never been treated so awful ever in my 50 years. Just because a GP is a senior head of the surgery dose not give them the right to stand over you with their arms folded like a high school bully. I will put in a complaint to her obviously this will go nowhere because she is the head but I must do so before taking it further to the ombudsman. Nightmare trying to get through on the phone , you get answer phone message that goes on forever then gives you options .Almost impossible to make an appointment to see a doctor .Just spent 30 min on hold and when I finally get through I'm told there's no more appointments left told to ring back at 2pm .This system is broken, surely there must be a better way of dealing with appointments.

I had an issues with a repeat prescription and the receptionist Danielle could not have been more helpful! She sorted the issue, noticed that my phone number was slightly wrong by one digit, changed it for me and called me back with a solution in minutes. So incredibly grateful for her help!
