Absolutely and totally disorganised reception, constantly cancelling, rebooking and cancelling again with no apology. They dont seem to have a clue when their dentist is in. Paying loads of money for sons teeth extractions and braces that should've been done weeks ago but they have no idea how to manage their diary. Useless and inefficient considering its a private practice.

Osman, Georgia and Jane were very friendly and helpful. The treatment was perfect and couldn’t fault the team.
