Very kind and helpful vet surgery. The kind nurses helped clean our lovely cat up after she had an accident en route, then the vet thoroughly checked her over before prescribing her some pain relief and rest. Feel very confident in bringing our fur baby to Portland Vets in both East Grinstead and Horley.
We recently moved our 2 dogs and 1 cat here after being with another local vet practice for many years, which unfortunately went downhill after being sold. All the staff at Portland we have met are lovely and understanding. The receptionists are so helpful, unlike in our last practice where they were very short-tempered and made you feel like an inconvenience.
