Ieva from Portico was an absolute pleasure to deal with during my time as a tenant for over 6 years. I only had dealings with her at the end of my tenancy, which was a shame, as she was professional, efficient, and without doubt the most helpful person on the team. Impossible to get hold of when a problem arrises (their portal is inefficient and confusing, and nobody with any authority (the property managers) picks up the phone or replies to emails once you have started renting through them - took months for anything to get sorted. Also a massive hassle regarding the move out process - we left the property in significantly better condition (and cleaner) than how we found it. Months later we got an extortionate bill for cleaning however they had no photos/evidence to justify any of it. ... read more
