Takes to long to see your doctor, they phone back ok but to get an appointment some of the wait times are ridiculous
The receptionist was very rude yesterday and was telling me as a mum of a 16yr old I have no rights and I would not be able to stop the surgery phoning my child during school hours with blood test resukts. We both asked the Dr's to phone me with the results.i needed to clarify that they're not call my child during school hours.
