Worst experience of living you can ever have. For what they charge you, it’s noisy, you can never get any sleep or quiet time to yourself. Surrounded by drunks, depressing 9-5 low paid workers, racists, local thieves from the council estates. Avoid. Also bathroom always stinks, they never come out to fix anything because they have 100 useless middle men and admin assistants that most of your inflated rent is just paying some fools wage.
Great value, efficient management.
Well located, high quality furnishing, value for money with bills, wifi, TV and license included! Won’t find better value for money in furnished rentals.
Lived in Westone apartments for the last 4 years and never had any issues. Porterbrook is a lovely place to live. Considering it is just off eccy road it’s very reasonably priced, especially with bills included. Flats are lovely, modern and spacious. Lucy has been very supportive & helpful throughout the process of us buying a house and moving out of our apartment.
Lived here all of 2021. The flats are solid, modern furnishings and aesthetic, however low quality/cut corners. Flat was extremely bright, with large windows which was a plus, and in a great location just off Eccy Rd. If you’re someone who values quiet, I would not recommend. The beer garden of Champs down the street is extremely loud, making it difficult to concentrate on school work or relax. Between flats was relatively well insulted however.
