Having experienced many months of stress inducing delays whilst refurbishing a studio flat and for several weeks after when the flat was listed with another letting agent, I contacted Mike Porter and hoped for a change of luck. 5* service. Maria particularly has been incredibly helpful, professional and responsive during my experience renting with the agency. She has fixed any issues quickly and has been an excellent communicator throughout. Would absolutely recommend.
Would give zero stars if I could. Maria has been the rudest and least professional letting agent I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. The day of move in, there was a handyman in the property who had been smoking inside, the place was not professionally cleaned. We have had no end of maintenance issues with the property, most of which were resolved in reasonable time, however I question the effectiveness of the contractors used given many problems persisted.
