Save yourself the money on a horrific service but, more importantly, your sanity. Part 1 of 2: We should have known from the minute the initial sales adviser Erik told me condescendingly that “it really wasn’t advisable to be doing building work with a baby”, that we shouldn’t have gone with Porter. Part 2 of 2 - The other big problem we had (which was our main issue with Emma) was her point blank refusal to commit to a provisional date of installation, even a worse case scenario date.
