I ordered an F150 from the factory through Bruce Titus with a deal in writing on the options and price. When the truck came in and I was ready to pay for it with a check from my credit union, the salesperson tried to charge me an extra $500. I had to argue with the salesperson to get the dealer to honor the deal we had made two months prior. Months later I'm still trying to find out why they did this. I'm very happy with the truck but very unhappy with how I was treated by the dealer.
Could not write enough about our experience here! Gary Lowery is a no BS, straightforward kind of guy. Would definitely recommend him to anybody!! Worth the drive no matter how far, and we will definitely be back!!!
