I have had issues with Bruce Titus Ford, in some respects they are great guys, but there have been some issues in the past. I suggest if you buy from them to read every single bit of your conttract. In the last year my experience with them has been awesome, but 2014 was not, and I am still angry.
Oil changes are affordable with no hidden fees or after the service charges. Recommendations are made but never pressured into taking care of something that can't wait, if it is a priority the service representative will tell you how it could negatively affect your vehicle before your next service. Also, like the new diagnostic prints guys.
Just Purchased a 2015 Escape SE 4WD!! Gary Lowery, Val the Finance Mgr as Well as Michael Titus all Went above and Beyond to make sure My Partner and I were Taken Care of Right!! Awesome People!! High advise People to Check them Out!!
Don't expect to go in for an hour for an oil change when they keep forgetting about your vehicle and it takes 3 hours $300 later just for an oil change

Don't buy there !!!! I have a lemon and no one will do anything they ripped me off on the warranty and the Lo Jack which cost me $1000 and it's half that much any where else, they won't help me, will never buy there again

Just purchased a 2015 Explorer XLT. Vehicle is awesome and Gary Lowery along with the finance manager, sorry I dont remember his name, both are great and went above and beyond to get me an awesome deal. Will definately return, probably soon for for daughters first car.
