i think they were very unprofessional & very rude & had laughed in my grandmothers face. would not recommend them at all. we bought a car here two years ago, and when we bought the car the key was super glued together as well as when it broke 3 days after they had told us to continue supergluing it? and we have spent over 700$ on keys, and when we had gone in they LAUGHED at us and told us it’s not their fault we don’t have both parts to the key and they didn’t understand that we had lost the 3 DIFFERENT keys, and that all o... read more
The guys here are quick, to the point, and you can’t beat the coffee/donuts/popcorn/water. � Whenever I go, I take my preschooler and she’s always entertained, either with the food or the crayons and books. I never have been serviced by a dealership before coming here, but I’m a customer here to stay.
What an experience!! I had mentioned to my wife that we were treated like kings!! All the sales people were great and constantly tried to make us comfortable. The sales man that we had was Ruban Ojeda and he was fantastic!! Did a great job with us as we were just looking not planning to buy. Would come back over and over! Great job guys!!

I have had general maintenance and one repair done on my 2014 F-150 and I have been happy with the results. Warde in service took good care of me and my trucks repair.
Port Orchard Ford has take care of us from the moment we walked on their lot. The service from the service department has been superb. My truck is done in the time they say and they try to go above and beyond when we are there
Nice people, and the shop is clean, but can't say for sure. The relationship has just begun. No honeymoon in sight though.
