My sales rep got me in and out on a test drive as soon as they opened on a Wednesday morning. Haggled decently on the price of my Explorer. Finance was okay. The sales lady was being rushed. If you are in a time crunch and are PCSing out of the state within 90 days and have your orders you are exempt from taxes here in the state of Washington. You can apply for a non-resident military permit at the DMV and a get a tag for 45 days. You don’t need a trip permit at all. Just a tab but of information for the military folk.
Car buying experience made fun and easy
We had a great experience there! We worked with a new employee, Mariah, and she was so great and so helpful when we went to look at a truck! Travis and Erin were very helpful as well!
I had the best “dealership” experience I have ever had at Port Orchard Ford. I am 65 yrs old & owned many cars throughout my life & I am giving PO Ford - particularly service employee Dave Alexander - 5 stars for such great attention & service. Awful experience here!!! My husband found a truck they had online for a certain price then when he got there completely ready to buy it they wouldn't sell it to him for the advertised price and made him feel like a fool/stupid for wanting to buy it out right as opposed to finance it? They are super rude! Will NOT refer anyone to them EVER!
I Update*** I definitely have to give them credit for correcting any wrongs we felt were done to us during this sale. The sales Rep Brian (very sweet!) And sales manager Monty reached out to my husband and I individually and expressed their sincere apologies for how we were treated during the sale. Travis and Deb took great care of us. We drove away with a beautiful 2017 Explorer at a great price. The whole team was fantastic from start to finish. They never pressured us once. They met all of our requests, and I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.
Courtesy is who they are. They always take care of the problem and Me as well. Took me home came and picked me up and gave me a voucher to get my car washed. Thumbs up.
