Customer service is terrible. They do unnecessary work and then will not allow you to speak to the mechanic or the service manager when you have questions that the service person cannot answer. Will NEVER go there again. Will drive the extra miles to a different dealer.

Love this place. People were so very helpful. Found My sons car in the website and I came in the next day . We love the car and bought it . It was perfect for him and they changed new tires and brake. And most of all , we went home with a full tank of gas. I bought all my kids car in this place . Highly recommended !
I checked other places and got the best deal there on my Ford Escape. There were two other cars there I looked at which were more expensive, but there was no pressure to buy. They followed up a few days later to check up on the car and have been very helpful with answering questions. Ruben even gave me an orientation so I would know the controls before I left the lot. Friendly people who serve rather than pressure!
The car I had been looking at the night before was parked near the entrance when I got there, ready for a test drive. Sales were no-pressure and I was given a great orientation on my car. Very nice people who listen and point you toward the right car for you rather than pressuring you to buy a more expensive car.
