Called them twice and each person who answered my call was incredibly friendly and helpful. We rented a 19’ boat with our 3 year old. We had a few issues getting the boat out and they quickly recovered us and put us into another boat. We had a wonderful time! So glad we found them. We will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone visiting beautiful Lake Erie!!
RecommendedMy mom, little sister, and I rented jet skis for an hour and it was an awesome time! The customer service was great and they’re located in a very nice spot. I would highly recommend giving this a shot if you have a chance.
I love everything about it except the customer service and that they never take reservations. Most of the people working here are great, except this one girl. Every time I come here I'm told it's going to be a later and later wait even though what I want to do is right in front of me. They need to get their shit together.
I love going out on the water, it’s a fantastic time. Most of the people working are phenomenal, but there is this one blonde girl that always has a bad attitude and is so rude to every single customer that comes in. I hate having her assist me, and it makes me not want to come back.
Amazing time. Customer service was great. I called and reserved the boat we wanted. The customer service was awesome!! Everyone was very very helpful!!
We were in the area for the Lights Festival and decided to rent some jet skis. Glad we picked these guys. We had a fantastic time renting jet skis. The customer service was excellent, and they were very friendly. The equipment was in good working order. We showed up unannounced and they were able to open up within 5 minutes. We even went an extra 30 mins because it was so much fun. It was no problem for them, and they just charged us the hourly rate. Well worth every penny. Great job guys!

Lovely staff, fantastic experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful, they explained everything quite thoroughly, and the time spent in the lake was great! I would definitely recommend stopping in for some fun!
