If you live in or near Erie and don't want the responsibility of owning a boat because you won't use it enough, then consider renting one from Port Erie Sports. The guys working there were knowledgeable and friendly. We went out for the day and really enjoyed being on the lake; it's a treasure in our own backyard. The kids had a blast tubing and rated the day "a solid 10." Thanks Port Erie Sports for offering such a great rental service. Erie is lucky to have you!!!
We have used them several years in a row. Always a great experience. They forgot they had two 9:00 bookings. Had to call number on door at 840 or so. (We were supposed to arrive 45 minutes prior). Someone came quickly, only 30 minutes late so got to stay out 30 minutes longer. Got us on water fast. Had a great time out there. Just be wary of early am apt if you are on time table. But boat (Donzi) was great, instructions great, had fun time tubing. Will use again!
