Had a great experience with a story. We booked the rental about a month ago and a day before we were scheduled received a call confirming the reservation due to a double booking. We were upgraded and the staff rushed to put a canopy on that night. Long story short the canopy wound up breaking. We headed back and the staff was very helping. We would up cutting our trip short. This is by far the worst jet ski rental place I’ve ever went to there is no organization first 10 minutes there the owner Rob is refueling gas cans leaves them unattended and gas overflows out of the can onto the concrete as a customer screams over to him That it’s overflowing the skis are all beat up and held together with duct tape mechanically you might be able to hit the throttle and not stall out (cross your fingers)the staff act like you owe them something and the prices are outrageous for the equipment they are provid... read more

Was told it would be a certain time to rent jet skis, went back still waited over 1-1 1/2. Then we were like 5-10 minutes getting back and they charged us for another 1/2 hour. Total rip off!

Erica Coulehan from the second we walked in the owner and the girl working the desk were rude. We asked to see list and he was throwing his hands up in the air saying he doesn’t have any boats etc to rent. So we asked what do you have. We were told he had a certain number of double kayaks, single kayaks and paddleboards and jet skis. So we went out organized who all was doing what go back in and say what we want now all of a sudden he said well I don’t have that many double kayaks, with him and his girl at desk soooo ignoran... read more

Since my review got deleted “Pretty sure it was the owner yelling at us because we didn’t know where the reverse lever was.... But the guy who demonstrated to us where the reverse lever was demonstrated on a different jet ski where it was in an entirely different spot. I’m not sure why he started screaming at the top of his lungs like he was drunk and belligerent but it was awful. While my boys did enjoy their hour with their jet skis, the mismanagement of this place was horrendous. Although we were 4th in line, it took 30 minutes just to register because the two girls behind the counter could only seem to check out one group at a time. Once outside, we were the fifth group in line in the hot sun. 90 minutes later, it was finally our turn, the lengthy wait probably due to the fact that they had so many broken jet skis. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a business! They were rude, smart mouthed, and unhelpful with their services. It’s a-shame that the only employee that was nice their just started yesterday!!!!! Take your money and spend it elsewhere!!
