Just had the most wonderful time jet skiing! all of the staff were great and friendly! I can't wait to come back on our next trip
The people working there were extremely nice and helpful. There was a storm that came through so we didnt get to be out on the lake as long as we wanted to and they gave us some money back. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a boat.
We always have a good time when we go. It's not too far and the prices are reasonable!
First 3 times were great then we got stuck in a very slow boat the last time
You MUST do a better job with the parking area. Cars blocking the boat ramp area, cars parking where boat trailers are suppose to park. Have a designated in/out launch ramp so there is no congestion in the ramp area. Especially over holidays when there are inexperienced boaters!
Apparently on Saturday they don't open until 10 am unless you make reservations, which we did along with two other disappointed customers. We arrived at 8:45 and no one even showed up until 10:15 after one of the other customers contacted this fb page. Needless to say we got in the boat almost 2 hrs after our scheduled time with no discount or compensation for their poor customer service. I did however give them 2 stars because once we were on the water, we had a good time!
