I was extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service I received today. I arrived for my 1pm appointment (booked in advance) only to be kept waiting for over an hour, despite the fact that I drive a Lamborghini Urus worth £260K and was seriously looking to purchase one or two Porsches. The directions given led my SAT NAV to the wrong location, so I arrived at around 12:05pm. I recently bought my first Porsche from the team at Porsche Service Centre Brooklands. From George’s first contact following my enquiry, to the friendly welcome at reception the whole experience was first class. Regarding the Porsche Cayenne I viewed, test drove and then bought both George and Dan were exceptional.
