Out of state buyers beware. If it’s towards the end of the month the sales staff will give preference to local buyers rather than out of state. We had an agreed upon price (In writing), financing was secured and I even offered to put a deposit down. Sales person was very slow to answer questions and never took my deposit. He seemed to deliberately be stalling the process. Received and email on the last day of the month that they had sold the car. Extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately for us the Macan S sold very quickly but the sales Manager was very helpful and pleasant.

Clean and friendly dealership. The internet sales manager Ray Poota was a great guy to deal with. Very helpful and professional. The after-sale customer service was excellent and much appreciated. Michael the service advisor was prompt with follow ups and updates of the vehicle status when it’s at service. I am from Los Angeles but will not hesitate to make the trip down to San Diego again for my next Porsche purchase. Highly recommended.
