I had requested an oil service change for my macan S (53000 miles). Before bringing my car I asked to Jon Schroeder via text message to tell me the cost of the service. He replied $ 440 including tax. When I brought the car, he printed the quote and asked me to sign it without telling me that the quote had changed to about 2000 usd.
