The dealer was great. The only problem was I was there to see the car that was advertised. It wasn't a turbo. I did buy a car from them, but I was interested in the described vehicle
Fast response and great customer service. Car was as described, they treated me with respect, and the whole purchase experience was hassle free.
I received an email promptly ... but have had absolutely inadequate answers provided to my follow up questions since initial contact. I'm assuming the car I was interested has sold and they don't feel the need to follow up.
Open communication, quickly responded, willingly answered questions.
I was interested on 3 of their cars since I had to drive from LA, Haydn Howe really helped me going through one by one, very professional. I didn't feel pressured at all. He explained all the features on those cars and let me test drove them one by one. At the end, it made me easier to decide that car that I want. The car was detailed and delivered to my home the next day. Since I didn't have much time in SD, he made time to answer my questions regarding the car over the phone.
