Very disappointing the service I received was poor at best in fact the person I had arranged to see didn’t even show up she was arrogant & unhelpful I believed this company to be a premium brand but the quality of their products & the service was poor, also when a repair was needed we couldn’t get the parts from usual plumbing suppliers! I’m really disappointed & will think twice about using porcelanosa ever again!
Helpful friendly service
Ordered tiles to do my bathroom in my new family home ready for Christmas. Was told ready to collect from 15:30pm and untill 17:00pm. I arrived at 16:15 to be told by the lady in the showroom (who by the way was very nice) that the warehouse staff had all gone home early for Christmas and wouldn’t be back now till the new year and even though I’d already paid I wouldn’t be able to get a refund till the new year either. The staff and manager at the Warrington showroom were extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding my bathroom installation. The customer focus displayed by them was exceptional.
Bad customer service, didn’t acknowledge us at all when we went in. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and we were the only customer. Not having their kitchen or bathroom in our friendly house.
