Highly recommended, excellent and professional service from all the staff. Phil was very helpful in finding us matching tiles after we'd spent a considerable time searching. After placing a telephone order for in store pick up the tiles arrived very promptly. Phil and his new colleague carried them to our car which was much appreciated.
Used Porcelanosa for our recent renovation project on several bathrooms. Great products and designs provided by Courtney and technical backup and additional products available quickly when needed. If you are after a premium and stylish modern bathroom I wouldn't look anywhere else.
We are refreshing our bathroom and ensuite, which already have Porcelanosa tiles, so want to keep what we have and add new tiles where required. Phil at the Scotswood branch has been excellent throughout the ordering process. He has been able to talk through in detail, the tiles we require even ensuring we have the match for an existing tile, but in the old sizing. Great service all round and what he doesn't know about tiles isn't worth knowing!
We had seen the tiles we wanted elsewhere but we're disappointed with the lack of assistance , so we popped to porceleinosa where we met Phil well phil was just an absolute professional and a gent who explained everything we needed to know and more,Phil wasn't concerned we might take our cash elsewhere ,only that we left there happy knowing exactly what we wanted and why .
