We have been doing business with Porcelanosa for years. We are very pleased with their services. Today's visit was another high class experience. We are doing at the moment 5 basement conversions. Harry Metcalfe was helpful as always. Talking to him is " something else. He always does run the extra mile, to meet our expectations. We do recommend their show room. It's worth a visit. Was promised delivery for a certain date. And was even told on the day of delivery I am guaranteed delivery for that day twice and then when I called back on that day the manager informed me that delivery is actually not gonna happen till following Monday... Got charged by builder for turning up and was told I'd get that charged refunded by after sales. And after sales declined my refund. They did not take responsibility. Awful experience and they have lost a very valuable customer. Never again would I shop here.
Both our large tiles arrived broken. The staff was very unhelpful and could not provide us a replacement for 6 weeks. Then they asked us for wooden crates to return them. Please do not buy anything from this company
