Enormously helpful staff giving guidance and a personal touch with thorough professionalism. Extremely high quality product which was actually affordable. Thanks to Jo and the team.
Visited the store as we are renovating our home and require floor tiles, kitchen and bathrooms. Staff didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge us or ask if we needed any help despite having the time to help another customer who was not of colour and arrived after us. Really disgusted.
