Poor, nonexistent customer service. Visited a few times to purchase bathrooms. However we have never been approached by any colleagues nor welcomed when entering the store. Many colleagues were available or chatting with each other which made us feel uncomfortable to approach anyone. The only time we were approached was to be told that the store was closing, with all colleagues wearing their personal belongings and looking at their watches waiting for us to leave. Unfortunately the negative reviews are correct. Been to the store twice. Staff are not interested to even offer help or even help you. If you approach any member of staff they rudely don’t even look at you shut down your question. They say they have other customers, but one hour being there did not have any customer and they are glued to their laptop unfortunately, the tiles are good, but the staff is not so I can only imagine the after-care as well
Terrible customer service! I emailed the MD about my complaint, and while I can see that it was read, I haven't received a reply. One of many problems I had was with a soft-close toilet seat that broke after a few months. When I went to the showroom, I was asked if the seat was used often! Despite receiving a response from Porcelanosa to this review saying my complaint would be investigated and I would be contacted in due course, I never heard anything further from them.
Went into the shop was looking at the bathroom finishes for a major project. walked around had the most beautiful displays but not a single person approached me. Had to ask if they had a brochure or anything about product knowledge… was thrown a business told me to look at the website - as someone who’s a showroom based kitchen designer I am far from impressed and won’t be coming back
It’s my mistake I didn’t look for the review comments before my order. I would put 0 if that was an option. Unfortunately I have recommended shower screen products to my clients but end up I received incorrect size panels, I spent lots of time on dealing with the after sales team for replacement and solutions, they are just playing around for over 1.5 months keep asking me to pay for call out inspection service to prove whether their product had an issues which is £500.
