Absolute shambles. Had my car for four weeks for a three day job. Fobbed me off with no end of excuses. Only sent for the part he needed at the end of week four . Told him I was coming to collect car. He told me I couldn’t as it was all in bits. I gave him 24 hours to get my car back to the state I had handed it to him. Got a voicemail from him the following day to say he had put my car on the road, UNLOCKED with the key under the sun visor. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Booked my car in for an MOT a week beforehand. The owner looked surprised when I arrived to drop my car off, clearly he’s forgotten our face to face conversation and me booking my car in. Left at 8.00, by 15.30 it’s was still in the same place I’d left it on the road and I needed it back. Said I hadn’t left him I phone number I had.
