First time using poppy's for this year's valentine's roses... absolutely stunning roses.. customer service was fantastic.. nothing was any trouble.. definitely be back again... support your local businesses people 5 stars

Have used 'Poppy's' services on a few seperate occasions, over a period of maybe, 5 years or so. Can genuinely say, without question, that I've never been left disappointed on any of those occasions. Whatsoever. Fantastic customer service experiences, great quality flowers and reasonably priced too! Will never go elsewhere now.

What a beautiful coffin top Debbie and her colleagues created. Thank you so much. They were happy to help with suggestions but not pushy. Really friendly . Lots of advise received when I asked about aftercare. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Ordered some flowers for my dad's funeral. I asked her to send me a photo on the day so I could see what had been made. Wow so glad I did!!!!! They had sprayed a flower red as ran out of red roses. When I rang and told her I was just not happy. She replied what do you expect for £30 and yet I paid £40. This was an hr before the funeral. Never ever will I shop here again. Poor flower arrangement and poor customer service
