Took great care of Nova when she got a cut on her paw pad which needed cleaning and bandaging. The nurses are all so caring and treat Nova like one of their own pets. She’s been coming here since she was a young puppy for her vaccinations and always leaves happy!

Finally, I decided to share my heart breaking experience after 3 years of my cat's passing. I took my 8 months old kitten for neutering to Poplar Vets where he was registered by the breeder. He was perfectly healthy, vaccinated indoor cat however he died 4 weeks after neutering procedure from FIP. I was told he might have got it from his mother but as I checked with breeder neither mother nor any of the kittens were ill. Dr. Nara should be commended for her unwavering dedication to the discontinuation of the, often misinformed, practice of ‘scruffing.’ Dr. Nara should also carefully choose when to educate clients on said practice, especially when she feels it’s appropriate to accuse her clients of doing such abhorrent acts. On an annual checkup for our 2 dogs, the vet pointed out that one of our dogs have luxating patella and needs investigation. They got us an appointment with one of their visiting orthopaedic vet. This vet merely touched our dog's legs for a few minutes and immediately concluded she had grade 3/4 luxating patella and needed to be operated on. This came as a shock to us as although she sometimes walked funny, she never had any severe pain or discomfort with her legs.
