I’m very upset with my experience today. This vet is way over priced and only cares about money. My advice is never to go here and go somewhere else where they actually care about the animals. My cat had given birth to 5 kittens and unfortunately the umbilical cord had tied around them all and mother cat. I called poplar vet and they said to leave her at first but once i mentioned it was hard for them to feed they said to bring her in. I brought her in and they took her. Head receptionist is awful,over charged me twice,apparently as trouble counting and using a calculator.....extremely rude when trying to explain how the mistake was there end.....avoid this place at all cost.

I have just had a bad experience recently with this pratice. I have reached out to ask information as I am adopting a kitten (never had a pet before) and I was asking for advice and how can I book services and which services.. I was met with arrongance and rudeness, where I have been treated very poorly and decided to book my services somewhere else. It is very sad when the frustration and laziness of the employees affect the business. Really poor costumer service, what a shame!
Worse experience we ever had! We been coming to poplar vets for around 2-3 years now when Dr Lucas was there , when we been seen by him we never had any problems, but now this clinic become really bad.
