The online scheduling makes it fast and easy to be seen. We were seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time slot. The doctors and their team are wonderful. While unfortunately the doctor couldn't help our complicated issue, she walked across to a specialist and got us an appointment the next day. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Dr. Pedoeim. Your level of patient care is incredible.
My son was seen for an UC visit. Provider was fine and no complaints about care provided. However front desk made me pay a $100 fee upfront for my son be seen. I told them that my son’s individual deductible had been met already and it should just be a copay that is owed (which they should be able to see since they are in network, and should be able to tell what the copay would be given their negotiated fee schedule with the office). Deeply disappointed with the service received during an urgent appointment for a child needing care. An administrative issue arose at check-in regarding a payment method on file. Despite being a long-time patient with a clean payment history, and immediately offering to update the account through the online portal, the front desk staff was completely inflexible.
