They were great to work with from start to finish. They understood that I needed to get my pool up and running before the summer heat arrived, and they worked with me to complete the job as quickly as possible while staying within my budget. The quality of their work was excellent, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them.
I chose Poolwerx because I expected professional pool maintenance and honest communication. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Over the course of our service, I became concerned that important maintenance tasks were not being performed. Don and his team are wonderful. I am a novice pool owner and faced many challenges with learning to operate our pool. Don came out several times to troubleshoot on top of his regularly scheduled visits. He talked me out of the acid wash I didn’t need. I greatly appreciate that he has gone above and beyond for our family and I highly recommend this company.
