We have had excellent service from Mark Poole at Suzuki in Ponthir, Newport. He is an expert at what he knows about Suzuki cars, very helpful and patient. Questions asked were answered immediately, if you want a new Suzuki car, I would highly recommend you go and see him, you won't be dissapointed .

Went to Ponthir, Newport with my son and his partner a couple of weeks ago and bought a used Swift. Though we bought the car it wasn't a pleasurable car shopping experience. The salesman (assume manager) had an very unfortunate abrasive/aggresive manner during the negotiation (if your easily offended by an initial low offer, think you're in the wrong job) and I would have not bought the car but knew my son and partner wanted it so we did purchase.
