I haven't been to a ponderosa in forever (not anywhere near me in IL). Staff was very nice, food was excellent and the store was very clean.

Ponderosa is a very nice place. The workers there are very nice and respectful. Especially the waitresses. I never had to ask for anything the waitress brought us refills without us asking for them. Her name is April. She does a very good job. Everybody was very friendly. Love this place...
Actually it was delicious. The food that was there! There was a lot of containers empty or sitting almost empty & dried out desserts. I wanted desserts but didn't really get to enjoy them. The dinner was good. Chicken livers were cold. I would recommend it to my family & friends.
