We had the WORST experience trying to order our food. We got treated like we were ignorant and we were talked down to. Not just did it end there, the girl who took our order, not just fought with us... she then walked past our table.. made noises at us and continued to look at every move we made. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service.
Food good for the most part... the service was very good.
Very Good to sometimes Excellent Fried Chicken, Meat loaf is good, excellent Pork Tenderloin, Veggies are all good, Slad bar is excellent, I don't know what happened to their ICE CREAM, use to be as good as any if not the best, not anymore, now it tastes like that Yogurt crap you get everywhere, they use to have a really White nice flavored ice cream, was one of my reasons I got the buffet, why did you change that, now the ice cream tastes bad, I won't even eat it at all, I go to Mcdonalds after for ice cream, Please go back... read more
We was almost done eating when finally an employee asked, "how's it going?" And we responded with, "it'd be nice to have some drinks." To which was the employee took our receipt with no sorry or anything! Then came with drinks but no straws even for the kids drink that had a lid. Still no sorry. No excuses for not apologizing. Definitely will be no tip.
