Very polite and helpful
On my first ride around Exmoor I managed to blow a rear tyre on my mountain bike, during a week long break. Really helpful service, convenient and fairly priced (I typically use Chain Reaction or Tredz online shops, but the service and recognising the value of just being able to go and pick something up has made me think twice about the importance of the local bike shop!). Cheers guys.
