I’m a resident since 2 years now and honestly, I love this place for uncountable reasons. The location is so peaceful next to the canal and the property is just perfect when it comes to services. I really appreciate Georgia’s (Property Manager) efforts every time something has to be communicated. Highly recommend.😃

I rented at Pomona Wharf from 2022-2024 and I cant recommend the building and staff enough. Georgia and her team are really friendly and they are never to busy to help with any queries. Even after I moved out, Georgia and her team were happy you help with referencing requests. I really enjoyed my time at Pomona Wharf and can't thank the team enough for helping it feel like home.
Excellent place to live, Georgia especially and the team are so accommodating and I’ve never had any issues! Always greet residents with a smile. The team always go above and beyond - the service is a credit to Manchester renters, the flats are also very well priced for the space and a great location
I’ve absolutely loved every moment living here! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The management team is incredibly efficient and responsive. Their communication is top-notch, they address issues promptly and also keep you informed every step of the way and follow up to ensure everything was done perfectly.
