Lovely place to live. Apartments are a nice size. Ive visit family often. Car park is a bit of an issue for non-residents. Got a park a fair bit back from the place but there is paid parking available. Parking is easily accessible for disabled and if pregnant they team do accommodate. Short walk to tram line. Short walk to Sainsbury's.
New management do not care about tenants, don't waste your money and live here

I’m a resident since 2 years now and honestly, I love this place for uncountable reasons. The location is so peaceful next to the canal and the property is just perfect when it comes to services. I really appreciate Georgia’s (Property Manager) efforts every time something has to be communicated. Highly recommend.😃
Georgia has been amazing in sorting any Issues out super quickly! Moving process was super easy too.
