Dr. Ellen Im and her staff is top notch!! I've been bringing my four kids to her office and everyone from the office staff to the dental hygienist and Dr. Im herself are all patient, kind, and very professional. The thing I appreciate most is they are attentive to each patient and take their time to give you the best care.
Dr. Ellen is wonderful. The offices are clean and neat but still warm and inviting for the kids. Her and her staff made my children love going to the dentist again!!
Five stars isn't enough. From the moment your child sees their name on the welcome board outside to when you leave, Dr Ellen and her staff are warm and welcoming. The offices are beautiful and they will ensure you and your family are comfortable the entire time. Friendly staff and gentle hands made our kids love their dentist visits!!
I am so happy to have Dr. Ellen Im as my kids dentist. I have a 9 and 6 year old and they have been seeing Dr. Ellen since she opened her practice here and we love her. The office is very clean and her staff is amazing! They are prompt and knowledgeable with insurance coverages. I completely trust Dr. Ellen with my kiddos dental care. Dr. Ellen is always happy and upbeat,we are so happy to have her as our dentist.
My boys (6 & 9) have been coming to this office since we moved here 4 years ago. The staff has always been kind, gentle and awesome with my boys. When my older son had a cavity, the process was so painless and very quick. I was amazed and my son smiled saying "no big deal mommy". ??
Dr.Im is wonderful! She made sure my child didn't feel uncomfortable, she did wonderful job with my daughters cavity treatment. I loved how they let me sit with her while she was getting treated. Other offices don't let you do that which i didn't feel comfortable with. Im glad i met Dr.Im' thank you!!
Had a very enjoyable experience. She was very patient and understanding. We were told by another dentist that my daughter would need 3 teeth extracted but dr.ellen im gaves us options and plans to make sure that wouldnt happen. Shes is so sweet and gave us such a relief that options were available!! ?

I love Dr. Im's bedside, or should I say dental chair side manner. She is so kind and gentle with the kids. We are big fans!
