My son had a lot of fillings/ a crown to do and Dr. Im and her staff are so great and so fast. My son didn't complain of pain at all and everything was done really well. Dr. Im explains everything to detail and involves you in every part of the care. Front desk was also stellar! We had a wonderful experience!
LOVED Dr.Im for my kids. The whole staff was extremely kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make my toddlers feel comfortable, so much so that they have asked to go to the dentist again and again. So glad that we found her and am so happy now to have a dentist that my kids can grow up with.
Both my kids love coming here. The front staff is always very welcoming and that just continues as you see the dentist. The kids feel comfortable and never nervous. We appreciate the whole staff! Plus they always have fun movies to distract the kiddos, and the next thing you know, they have beautiful clean teeth :)
Dr. Ellen is so great with all of my kids. Ages 2-12 and We are so glad we found her!! Definitely recommend her!
Dr Ellen Im and her staff are amazing! They treat my kids so well during their visits. They are so caring to my kids that I do not mind the 40 min drive to get here! I wish they did adults because I would be here for sure for my dental care!
AMAZING DENTIST & STAFF Our son is autistic and extremely fearful of doctors, dentists, 'lab coats', etc. Dr Im and her amazing staff have worked with us to ensure our son would have as minimal a traumatic experience as possible. Yesterday, he had his first full teeth cleaning. We cant say enough. Thank you,The Burtons
Dr. Im and her team are great! My 8 year old daughter was impressed by how Dr. Im was so kind and gentle during the treatment. My daughter also very much appreciated that Dr. Im kept her informed before and during the treatment so she knew what to expect. As a mom, I was also impressed by Dr. Im's expertise. Dr. Im was able to inform me about all of the available options (which, sadly, another dentist was not able to do). Clearly Dr. Im knows her stuff! The entire staff was great! Everyone was kind, happy, and helpful.
